たらこ×チーズ餅 魅のり仕立て
焼き上がった餅と、たらこ・チーズの旨みを包み込むのは、
食べる直前に巻く魅のり。
熱と蒸気で一気に立ち上がる香りと、パリパリ歯切れを楽しむ、
“海苔が主役”のシンプルな一品。


<材料>2人分
◇食材
切り餅:2個
たらこ:1/2腹(約20g)
ミックスチーズ:30g
魅のり(全形):1枚
黒こしょう:お好みで
◇レシピ
たらこは薄皮を取り除き、軽くほぐす。
餅の上にたらこをのせ、その上からミックスチーズを重ねる。
※具材は中央にふんわりとまとめる。
トースター(1000W)で6〜8分焼く。
食べる直前に魅のりで包む。
お好みで黒こしょうを少々。
香り高い魅のりで包んでいただく一品。
噛めば噛むほど海苔の旨みがふわりと広がり、
素材どうしの旨みが重なります。
Tarako × Cheese Rice Cakes with Nori Wrap
Recipe Concept
The baked rice cakes, enveloping the savoury essence of tarako and cheese,
are wrapped in nori just before serving.
Enjoy the aroma that bursts forth with heat and steam, and the satisfying crunch –
a simple dish where nori takes centre stage.
Ingredients (for 2 mochi pieces)
Mochi: 2 pieces
Tarako (cod roe): 1/2 fillet (approx. 20g)
Mixed cheese: 30g
MINORI(full sheet): 1 sheet
Black pepper: to taste
<Ingredients> Serves 2
◇Ingredients
Sliced mochi: 2 pieces
Salted cod roe: 1/2 portion (approx. 20g)
Mixed cheese: 30g
Mino-nori (full sheet): 1 sheet
Black pepper: to taste
◇Method
Remove the thin membrane from the salted cod roe and gently break it apart.
Place the salted cod roe on top of the mochi, then layer the mixed cheese over it.
※Gently gather the ingredients into a soft mound in the centre.
Toast in a toaster (1000W) for 6-8 minutes.
Wrap in the Mi-nori just before serving.
Add a little black pepper to taste.
A dish where richly flavoured cod roe and cheese are baked atop mochi,
then wrapped in fragrant MINORI seaweed.
With each chew, the umami of the nori gently unfolds,
layering with the savoury flavours of the other ingredients.
